Focus group for our LGBTQIA+ community: Suicide Bereavement Support

Our Suicide Bereavement Services are working to make sure our service is welcoming, inclusive and safe for everyone.
That’s why we’re holding a focus group for our LGBTQIA+ community. We’d love to hear from you – this is an opportunity to have your voice heard about what you need from us to help support you if you have been impacted by suicide.
In the focus groups, we’ll be asking you what you find most helpful when accessing support services and what may be a barrier to accessing services.
Who can attend?
Anyone in Leeds who identifies as LGBTQIA+ and has an interest in suicide bereavement services
When and where is the focus group?
- Angels of Freedom’s LGBT+ Social and Support monthly event https://www.angelsoffreedom.org.uk/
- Tuesday 6th of February
- 5pm – 7pm
- Leeds City Centre (attendees will be provided with the address)
The focus groups will be facilitated by Leeds Mind Suicide Bereavement Services staff. There will be free refreshments and a hot meal.
