Mental Health Awareness – Open Access – Wed 12th March 2025

Useful for anyone wanting to increase their knowledge on and awareness around mental health. 

Learning Outcomes:

• Explain the term Mental Health
• Recognise stigma and the mental health continuum
• Recognise signs and symptoms of mental ill health, especially those related to stress, anxiety and depression
• Compare different models of mental health
• Implement the Stress Vulnerability Model
• Identify strategies for having a conversation about mental health

This course is running 13:00pm – 16:00pm on Wednesday 12th March 2025 at Delacey House, Kirlstall Road, Leeds.
