Mental Health First Aid Refresher 22nd January 2025

Once you’ve achieved your Mental Health First Aid certificate, it’s recommended that you attend Refresher training every three years. This will help you renew your skills and keep your knowledge up-to-date.

So if you completed your MHFA course in 2021/22, you’ll want to renew with this short course in 2025.

This course will support your MHFAiders® by:

• Renewing their skills
• Updating their knowledge of mental health supports
• Giving them the chance to practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan 
• Providing them access to three years of MHFAider® support and benefits.
