Do you have what it takes to get in the ring or get the whole room roaring with laughter?
Ultra Events have opened up sign-ups for three of their exciting and free training courses, in boxing, MMA and comedy. These events are great opportunities to get involved in a new hobby, meet new people, and take part in a thrilling final event or show, all while raising money for great causes like Leeds Mind.
How does it work?
If you are interested in fundraising for Leeds Mind with Ultra Events and receiving some top-class training along the way, it’s easy to get signed up for these three exciting events.
Follow the links below to get signed up for the 8-week training courses (worth £300), and get the ball rolling with training from professionals in these sports and industries. For sporting events, you will be grouped with participants of similar size, age and ability to ensure a fair and enjoyable competition.
After you have completed your training you will participate in a glamorous final event, to which you can invite your friends and family to showcase your new skills. You will be required to sell tickets for the event as well as pledging to raise at least £50 for charity.

Ultra Events Boxing

- Showcase your skills at the final Black-Tie Boxing Event at the Royal Armories on 16th November 2024

- 8 weeks of free training from a professional MMA coach
- A safe way to try out a combat sport and get fit.
- Showcase your skills at the final Black-Tie MMA Event at the Village Hotel Leeds North on 17th November 2024

Ultra Events Comedy
- 8 weeks of free training from a professional comic
- Learn tricks of the trade to get your friends and family laughing
- Put on a side-splitting show at the Wardrobe on 15th December 2024.
