Community-based mental health services in Leeds
From the 1st April 2019, existing community based mental health services run by Touchstone, Community Links and Leeds Mind will become part of the new mental health service in Leeds called Live Well Leeds.
Live Well Leeds will deliver a range of services that include:
- One-to-one support
- Group support
- Befriending
The service is commissioned for 5 years by Leeds City Council. It will work with people who:
- are aged 18+ (17+ if they are transitioning from children’s mental health services)
- have mild to moderate mental health support needs
- live in the Leeds Metropolitan District or are registered with a Leeds GP (as defined by NHS Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group)
